Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Halle Ramiscal @halleramiscal

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi, my name is Halle, I currently reside in the Philippines. I am an IT professional and freelance content creator.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My interests are food, travel, and beauty. First food, since I do love to eat and I also create recipes (side note: I once became a recipe developer for various brands from the US, Canada, and Australia). Second is travel, I like to travel since I want to be able to experience the culture and the cuisine of the place where I go to (local and international). Third is beauty, Beauty in general like how to embrace yourself or I try to introduce products that could help you love yourself more that worked for me. I mostly post contents within these three topics.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well, it’s pretty easy. Halle is my nickname and may last name is Ramiscal. Simple and my identity. 🙂

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I like to take photos with foodie app or my dslr. I use my phone to edit, so basic editing with lightroom. Enhancements on the brightness and contrast of the photos goes a long way. I do believe that when it comes to photos, LESS IS MORE.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I love Heart Evangelista. Her style is so chic and so well put together, I just love looking at her. Also, I love how genuine she is, very down-to-earth, and very real.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Hmm. Nothing, just be yourself and express yourself using your platform.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Being an influencer gives me a voice, even though small, that could make an impact to other people.
I can inspire others or just uplift someone when they are feeling down.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I do try out the brands before I endorse them and I also do research if it’s a campaign for a good cause.
I maintain that authenticity that I vouch for this brand because it really works and I want the people around me to try this brand since it’s good based from my personal experience.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality and originality is key to be able to get the attention of others or grow your followers. Just do what you want.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I like being able to showcase brands that really works and soon to be valued by others like me.
