Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Gina Lim Sin Hui @ginasinhui_

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is Gina and I am from Singapore. I am 18 this year and currently studying in Singapore Polytechnic, pursuing second year in Diploma In Tourism and Resort Management. I work at a cafe and learnt how to make coffee with latte art and many more. I love taking photos of everything that i do or experienced to keep it as memories and update my social media! 🙂

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topic of interest is fashion, explore places and try out food that are in trend. I usually post photos of my outfit or daily activities.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It is a combination of my christian name and chinese name, gina+sinhui

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

The only app i use to edit my photos is VSCO Camera. I love the effects from VSCO such as +5 Hyperbeast 1 & +5 Hyperbeast 2. After adding the effects, I will edit the temperature of my photos to a -3 so as to make my photos colder.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Parisa Bong, Beatrice Ng, Khaw Xin Lin. Beatrice Ng inspires me the most as I like her fashion sense and the way she poses for photos.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I feel that I will be able to share my reviews of the different products with my followers.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I feel that providing high quality work is very important and we should always be original and not practice plagiarism.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I will be able to know more about the brand and try it myself personally.
