Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Georgina Gutiérrez @pintandoporahi

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is Georgina I am an artist currently living in México. I have always loved painting since I was a child, but I never imagined it would be what I did for a living, painting was too fun for me. It did not seem like a job. The problem was I hated every other job, so afert graduating college I travelled to India and by a really strange coincidence (or not) I arrived at a city where a srteet art festival was happening, so I asked to help artist and instead was allowed the opportunity to paint a mural all by myself. While I was painting the mural I realized that was what made me happy, that was what I wanted to do everyday of my life.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I basically love bright colors, and elephants. I love posting about my artowork or my painting process and colorful stuff.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Pintando Por Ahi is in spanish and it stands for Painting Around… Because waht I would love the most is to travel and Paint.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I mostly use Instagram edditing, sometimes I use facetune to make the photos whiter.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Try collaborating with other instagrammers who are not form the same topic of influence and make a great post together.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love being able to inspire and to share what i love the most. I like posting positive content because I would really love to make someones day brighter or just to get a smile from someone. Knowing I made someones day better makes my day.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I think the best way is to make a positive post, something that everyone can benefit from, not only me or the company but the users too. It is great to see and learn form other influencers or brands but I think the best is to make things your way, to put your style on it, be authentic.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Being authentic and positive, I think those are the 2 most important things. Being yourself and posting things that make a positive impact on peoples lives. I think most influencers know their topic so it is just about always seeing another point of view, hangiing with different people who allow you to see things in another way.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love that brands allow us to reccomend them, and that makes a special bonf between us and our followers. I love to work with brand that inspire me, and we can both bennefit from our expertise.
