1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Well, i’m Gemma Surgo from Italy 25 yo (26 in march) i’m a model since i was 14 yo.
I travel a lot cause of my job, expecially in Milano where my agency is collocated. (Sorry for my english :-))

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Most of my pics are focused on my work… so i post many shooting pics and videos. I usually get lingerie/ swimwear jobs so i post more about me in a bikini than totally dressed!!! I get a lot of jobs doing lite this 😉 But you can find traveling pictures also..and something about my ordinare life.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s just my name

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use to use Squaready to cut and edit my pics…is simple to use and so fast

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I have many models that inspire me…like sara sampaio, bella hadid…. i like to visit also traveller instagrammers cause they could give some advice about next place to visit (for now is Tulum Mexico)

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I have to think about it !

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love read all the comments below my posts…not many for now but i will reach it:-)
Is grateful for me know what people think about me, about my work, my life (in positive and negative way it doesen’t matter)

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

maintain the authenticity should be an obligation. now the beauty stereotypes are no longer real because they take as an example of people who in turn are fake (so much make-up, the silicone, so many extensions and false eyelashes) there is no longer the ideal of simple and natural beauty, unfortunately… so girls and guys, just be yourself and not someone else, remember that the perfection doesen’t exist! Imperfection is sexy 🙂 and there’s a note also for all the photographers: STOP OVERUSING PHOTOSHOP!!!! My motto is : I’m perfectly imperfect and I like it 😉

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

good question! not copy pictures of your idols, just get inspired by them!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I don’t know exactly What, there’s not one particular thing… i only can say that my job is my life and I love it, so I try to do my best all the time
