Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Francesca & Anna Knall @voguetreats

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi! We are VogueTreats, two sisters who united their passions to create a fashion, food and lifestyle blog.
We are originally from Romania, Europe but now we’re living the California life.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

As we said, we have a food, fashion, lifestyle blog. We are declared foodies but we also love to wear the latest trends, so most of our posts contain recipes, outfits and flat lays. Sometimes we have surprises for our followers and readers and we post fashion illustrations, mood boards or DIY posts.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

” voguetreats ” has a funny story behind it. One night we were brainstorming attractive and original names that would work with our food and fashion themed blog and at some point we yelled “voguetreats” at each other and that was it. So strange that we thought the same thing.. what were the chances ?

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Editing wise, we don’t really use a lot of editing because we promote true and natural lifestyle, but when the lighting isn’t the best or the colors look out of place, we like to use Snapseed, an app to fix all these little issues and if we need any major editing, Photoshop.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

We love love Chiara Ferragni, Kristina Bazan and Doina Ciobanu..and this is just on the fashion category.
On the food part we love Whippedcakeco and SpoonForkBacon. All these bloggers along with many more have inspired and influenced our fashion sense, as well as food choices.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Our Orange Hot Chocolate Recipe and the Snapseed editing app.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Being an influencer gives you a special feeling about yourself, you have to try to find new inspiration every time and always make the content your own, things which can always present a challenge.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I think brands are always looking for influencers with a lot of followers and visitors and most of the times the start ups are the really authentic ones. One tip would be to look more into new instagrammers and bloggers.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Everything you create, put some you in it. All of us have something different to give to this world and this is what separates us from each other. By putting a part of yourself in all your creations, you never have to worry about being original. And always invest in a camera

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The best part about partnering with brands is that both parties benefit from it. By advertising each other, people see more and more of both the blog and the brand, bringing new followers and admirers. And lets be honest, it’s always cool to get new and free stuff to try.
