1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi there, I’m a 19 year old University student from West Yorkshire, studying in the health care field, but my biggest passion is makeup, I enjoy working my magic on others!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My instagram’s biggest influence is makeup and cosmetics. I enjoy keeping up with the latest beauty trends and creating iconic new looks on myself. I love posting pictures of my eye makeup, it gives my page a theme and keeps a certain mystery to me.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Within the makeup and beauty industry a lot of people use makeup to create gorgeous looks on the face and the entire body. My work is more focused around using makeup on the face, hence the name facexbeauty

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

The main app I like to use is Hdr Fx pro, on Android. It has a really good colour balancing feature and helps me blur out the edges around my eyes, so that my actual eye makeup stands out more! And then i like to use the instagram editing tools such as contrast, saturation and warmth to help restore some colour that was lost in photography.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

My biggest influence is makeup by Alina, her looks are really strong and well put together. I also enjoy seeing the works of Nikki tutorials, Soniaxfyza and Wayne Goss

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Definitely the Anastasia beverly hills dipbrow pomade. Although it’s been around a while it is a game changer for eyebrows!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love showing my followers what products I am currently in love with, and sharing my beauty tips for them and seeing how it works for them too.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Always have yourself a theme and stick to it, it helps you stand out more from the crowd and gives you instant recognition! Brands like Benefit cosmetics and Mac are a great example.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

The higher quality the better! Everyone loves to see crisp detail in pictures without seeing pixels as it takes away the focus of a picture. I always like to use my own original photos, but when you want to share someone’s great work always remember to give credit and feature them and never pass off someone else’s work as your own.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love seeing what the brands are passionate about regarding their products, and in turn I love sharing this passion with my followers.
