I am half Greek half Irish.
Living in NZ, working in the health and fitness industry, I am a professional fitness Model and competitor holding top 5 ranked in the world, I’m also an online Coach and empowering stage Posing Coach.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I post about strength, empowerment independence, being a boss woman, knowing who you are and what you represent,

I post about having a strong mentality, being capable of anything we set our minds to.

Motivating and inspiring and helping others.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It came from being a very powerful competitive dominating fitness competitor and taking out shows but also the way I represent myself on Insta.

Being able to make others want to get healthy and motivated being able to inspire people.. it means so much to me, knowing I have been able to play a part in these peoples lives

Been honest, real, and choose someone that really can represent the brand or will sell the product well

Originality is what it should never follow the crown, be in your own lane.

Being able to represent a brand working well together and helping both parties gain exposure.
