Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Charlene Deocareza @chardeocareza

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m a model. I’m actually preparing my qued posts for my instagram and my blog (chardeocareza.tk) from my OOTD photoshoots since May 2013. I’m from the Manila, Philippines. Currently working and studying a degree in Architecture. 20 years old girl with a fashion sense.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love fashion as well as photography. I also like promoting different brands and companies that would want to work with me. Featuring these topics of interests do give an impact to my instagram account.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My instagram name, @chardeocareza, is actually a combination of my nickname (Char) and my lastname (Deocareza). My full name is Mary Charlene P. Deocareza.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I normally edit my photos using VSCO. Sometimes, I use Pics Art and Instagram whenever I feel like doing so.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Camille Co inspires me. Liz Uy improves my fashion sense of style just like knowing what’s the best for me.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I would love them to try Starngage too! This will benefit not only them buy other instagrammers as well.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My fave part of being an influencer is giving my followers ideas on fashion and photography. I love influencing them to be more creative regarding the clothes they wear. With this, I guarantee that the brands that collaborate with me can trust me.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just prepare a good marketing strategy so that the online influencers can surely promote their products. I maintain authenticity by regularly posting on my instagram account and by always being ready to reply to brands that would collaborate with me.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality won’t be persuading if the content is not original. These two are very important because the people could identify whether the campaihn is authentic or not. These would also give people new sense of style and idea.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

What I like best is when they are able to trust me with their products. I could add them to my collection and my fashion ideas as well. I love trying out different brands and products.
