Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Brianna Day @heyitssbri

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am a model and a full time marketing student at Minnesota State but I’m originally from Las Vegas

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I concentrate my content mainly on lifestyle and fashion but fitness is sometimes a part of it

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I honestly have no clue I was sick of my old username and somehow that one came about and it just stuck. Now it’s my username for almost everything

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I used to use vsco but i’ve evolved from that. I use LIGHTROOM mainly now since it’s more professional and it doesn’t ruin the quality of my photos. Especially when done on a laptop

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I don’t think I have a favorite instagramer but i do love @hypebae. It keeps me updated on everything that’s going on in the fashion world.

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Getting to try out new products and meet new people. I love the experiences i’ve gained and friends I”ve made.

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

I love how easy it is to connect brands to content creators.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Make sure you choose the right creator for your campaign and try to negotiate things like pay rate, etc. Especially now with the pandemic a lot of creators, especially smaller ones, are having to shoot these campaigns alone without assistance so i would take that into consideration when discussing pay. And definitely just be friendly.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality >> Quantity always.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love making connections and getting to help them branch out to new people.
