1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Half-English, half-filipino born and raised in Hong Kong. Currently handling the PR for various F&B brands.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Food, Fashion and Events.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Bjb are my initials – Brian John Bailey. Two underscores because one is overrated, and x because why not!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Vscocam for general edits, Foodie for some food shots, and whitagram for size/layout.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Posting at the right time – it’s crazy how many more likes and followers you get!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Meeting new people, being exposed to brands I might not have had the chance to otherwise, and attending awesome events.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Original, unique and fun campaigns – what are other people not doing? Also by creating a genuinely fun campaign, your influencers will naturally take a liking and come back to the brand without being told to.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Consistency with editing – don’t use too many different apps and filters, and be yourself!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Meeting new people and being exposed to a range of different fun campaigns – the connections made and the lessons learnt can help so much in the long-run for both personal and business development.
