1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?
Im currently working for a highend furniture importer working with amazing brands from around the world in a Sales Admin position in Melbourne Australia.
2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?
My instagram account follows my 2 favourite things in life, Interior Design and Architecture. Everything from interiors, exteriors, streets, products and everything inbetween. Where ever my feet take me on weekends i try to snap pics for my feed.
3) How did your Instagram name come about?
Its a name I would like to use one day as a proper business name incorporating my last name with my passion for design.
4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!
I mainly use whitagram, its definitely the one I use most these dats and I think its added a great style to my pictures and taken my aesthetic further.
5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?
I follow a lot of danish instagrammers, brands of furniture and lighting that i love, black and white photographers and just anyone with a clean design focused aesthetic. One of my favourites is @_noden_. I also love @justjacky, but i might be biased as i take most of his pics as he’s my partner 🙂
6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?
Think outside the box, theres a lot of accounts that look and feel the same. Try something new and be a game changer.
7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?
The respect and feedback from my fellow instagrammers, especially those that i really admire. Its great to have mutual respect in the community.
8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?
I put myself in other peoples shoes and think if i was interested in this brand what would make me sit up and take notice. What would entice me to look into this brand further and potentially part with my money. Authenticity is easy if you are honest and respectful of both yourself and the brand you are working with. I would never promote a company that I dont appreciate or have an interest in.
9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?
Similar to above, think outside the square, be adventurous with angles, filters, subjects and your content in general. But stick to your aesthetic, it helps create a story behind your brand.
10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?
Ability to share products that I respect and have a genuine interest in, and potentially assist them in reaching a new market, or assiting in getting awareness of new products.
