Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Azreenie Nazlyeen @azreenie

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hello! My name is Azreenie and I’m from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I’m a full-time student at UiTM Kota Kinabalu, but I’m finishing my diploma by January next year (hope so, fingers crossed!). I really like taking pictures, of people, and just everything that is around me. And I do like editing them too! Like a lot.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My topics of interest would be beauty, art, people and food. What I aim to do on my social media platforms are, just spreading love and positivity everywhere as we all know our world need it the most.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well… it’s just my name. I like it as it is very short, simple and easy for people to search for.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Lightroom! I bought presets from an international influencer, and her presets are very good, and they’re very ME. I also use Facetune 2, and Meitu as I like it when my blushers pop up in my selfies. LOL.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Hands down, @sitikhadijahhalim and @tyrakmrzmn ! They’re my girl crushes, and what inspires me the most about them is how they deal with drama. Which is not to give a damn about it. They are very positive people, they just live their life to the fullest, which is something that I intend to do.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Eat 2 pieces of Ayam Mcd Extra Spicy 3x without drinking water. And without getting diarrhoea the next morning.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Honestly, the side income that I can get while being a part time student. It supports me and gives a huge impact to me financially.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just be creative I think, especially in terms of publicity. Know the needs of audience. To maintain authenticity, is to be authentic.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Be original. Be yourself. And create the kinds of content that you love, it’s gonna show on the results after.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I get to experience more. It’s a fun journey.
