1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hello! I am Alyssa, a natural born Filipina who always dreamt to be a brand model. I finished my Bachelors degree in Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I am currently a freelance tutor here in Pangasinan.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My interest is mostly caught by fashion styling, modelling, beauty and cosmetics. Its been a long time since I last managed my instagram account. But most of my recent and current photos were taken during my travels. I also love posting my selfie pictures and beautiful sceneries.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My instagram name came from my real name.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I like my pictures better when its raw. But for some photos which needs some fixing, I just use the editing features of my phone. I use to adjust its color, contrast, brightness and etcetera depending on what I think is needed. But I’m willing to try something new especially if it’s for the better.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Miss Heart Evangelista is the instagrammer whom I like the most. I love her style and taste. I love checking out her instagram stories.

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Being an influencer is to connect and reach out the products to the audience. I would love to share my beauty journey with my audience. This will equally be beneficial to us all.

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

I haven’t been to any campaigns brought by StarNgage, but I’d love to give it a try.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Authenticity is the key to every breakthrough. Every influencer seemed to be an equal in the industry nowadays, why not try a new face, a new face you could discover and flourish. Something new and innovative is always best. Also be practical, why spend so much to a highly-payed influencer when you can make or grow your own.

To maintain authenticity you must be real to your audience, you know that connecting to ‘masang Pilipino’ is essential. Be consistent in thriving for success, that’s the consistency you truly need.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

To be original is exceptional. That is rare. A quality content depends on how real, original, and purposeful your content is. It should be useful and relevant because that’s what we Filipinos always want, something budget-friendly, and high quality products and services. Building up user-generated content is a good way of promotion.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I haven’t tried partnering with brands but thinking about that question, I guess it will help me grow my influencing-dream.
