Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Alex sato @alexsatoooo

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am Alex Sato based in Manila Philippines. I’m 19 years old and I’m currently studying Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I basically just post my OOTD’s, travels, food, my designs, interesting photos with my family or friends. Basically, I post most of the interesting things that happen in my life.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

alexsatoooo is just my name and last name with 3 extrs o’s because sadly “alexsato” has been taken and couldn’t think of anything else.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I just use Lightroom and Snapseed. When taking my photos, I either use my Iphone camera or Fujifilm camera, transfer the photos to my laptop and edit the photos with lightroom. I already have a default filter which I made so I just copy and paste it to all my photos and adjust some settings if needed. Then I airdrop the edited photos to my phone and start editing with snapseed if necessary.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I follow alot of IG influencers/ instagrammers but the top influencers that inspire me the most are Bea Marin, Mari Jasmine, Camille Co, Melissa Koh and Kryz Uy

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Just live and love your life, take lots of pictures as much as possible everyday and share it. What I mean by “share it” is not to brag, rather to inspire to many like show them how beautiful life is; how life is imperfectly perfect.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

My favorite part about being an influencer is that I get to connect with many people, whether I know them or not, and somehow inspire them with all the positivity and creativity life can offer.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I guess my only tip to brands for running their campaigns would be “always stick to your vision and mission because not only it will make your brand unique but also it will be a constant reminder for you to remain truthful to whatever you are doing in achieving your goals.”

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality and original content is important because it explains so much about you as an influencer or an ordinary human being. Having that said, you should always be aware and sensitive enough in posting on any social media platform.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

For me, the best thing about partnering with brands is not only that I get freebies but also in a way I get to help them achieve their mission and I get to have a new family to be part of.
