Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Aaron Ang @aaronanggg

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi! I’m Aaron Ang, 20 years old a Fashion, Menswear & Lifestyle Blogger from the Philippines. I also do food, beauty/skincare, events, product blog/reviews.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Fashion, Menswear, Lifestyle, Food, Events, Beauty/Skincare, Product reviews.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s just my first and last name but I did add add more “g” in my last name that’s why It became “aaronanggg” with 3 g’s. I don’t want to use any name that I know my followers and brands would be hard to memorize or remember.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I usually edit my photos first to beautyplus why? To enhance the features I have most especially my face. After that, I go to Lightroom cause it’s the best editing tools/apps at the moment because you can adjust everything from there the lighting, color, sharpness and noise cancellation. And lastly VSCO for more depth of the filter and slight adjustment.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

David Guison and Degee Razon the two well-known bloggers/influencers here in the Philippines.

6) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

The best part of being an Influencer is to influence a lot of people by using your own voice and platform. You got to express your own self and thoughts through your captions and blog essays. It has a big impact on being a blogger that you know how to talk to people and how you will engage with them.

7) What’s your favorite part about StarNgage? Any exciting campaigns that you have joined through StarNgage before?

I haven’t tried any campaigns yet with StarNgage but I will surely look for one and be part of the fam! That’s the most exciting and favorite part about StarNgage that no matter who you are and what you are or what gender you are, you are welcome and belong to the family.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

By using my own words, being creative, know how to understand the instructions properly and just being authentic and be yourself, do your own content and branding.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Just know what you are posting be authentic and be creative in your content. Stay positive, use the right tools for editing and for taking photos, knowing your angle know your background. Most especially have fun in what you are doing.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

It’s the warm welcome of the brand they know how to spoil us and as well treat us like their own family. They don’t rush us to post, or do content right away. They give us time.
