It just amazes me that the people in Mexico I’ve come across seem to be so content and happy with what they have, which bare in mind is little to nothing. And they live day to day It is so humbling to see how people can truly come together and make even the slightest difference in someones life, to us it might seem to not be much but to them it’s the world. But in other places people are always needing and wanting more, the new, the better, the stuff that doesn’t really bring satisfaction and only satisfies temporary needs and gives temporary happiness. Going on trips like these not only makes you realize how LUCKY and GRATEFUL we should be, but makes you realize that change can happen even in the slightest ways and we are in control of where the goodness of our hearts goes.
