Throwing it back to the other year because autumn really is my favourite time of year 🍂 Cannot wait to get out and about with the leaves and the conkers, pine cones, pumpkin picking 😍 Enjoying things I’d never have dreamt of at my biggest because the walk would have been too much.

Members are always talking about @spicentice so I thought I’d give them another go! I use to buy them all the time but slipped out of the habit, meals got repetitive so I’m trying to keep things exciting 😍 Salt and pepper chicken, rice, mayflower curry sauce ♥️

New go to meal, gammon, egg and chips and of course the baked beans 😍 Syn free so I can spend my syns else where; like a Freddo before I go to bed 🍫

Happy Tuesday! Life is super hectic at the moment with wedding planning things and all the exciting things to come in group! But I’m still chipping away (slowly) at my journey and finding that lifestyle that’s maintainable ♥️

So dinner was meant to be chicken…. Someone forgot to turn the oven on so back up plan! Pork chops, mash, veg and a lot of veggies!! ♥️

Lunch today between group was so nice! Pasta, chicken on a stick from Iceland and some peri peri sauce, bit of Mayo and some tomatoes for my speed free food 😍

Feeling amazing at the moment, everything is falling into place and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings on my @slimmingworld journey 😍 plus of course the wedding is less than 4 weeks away!! 👰‍♀️
