🙌Amazing Let’s play a game: Spot the differences between the two pictures. You can obviously see that my size and shape have completely #transformed, but there are things that are invisible to the naked eye. My endurance has increased, my confidence is bigger and I am much healthier. So what about the things that are the same between the two picture: it is clear that I still love the color orange, but one thing that you can’t see is that many times my brain still sees myself as the woman on the left. When I look in a mirror, I can see the physical changes, but when I look down at my body, I feel exactly the same and still see the same flaws. It is weird how your brain can process the changes in one view, but takes you right back to the beginning with another view.
