#Knowledgesharing 💡 Brewing ball-shaped oolong in 100°C can help the kneaded tea leaves to expand and release their flavor and fragrance thoroughly. However, an exception is Oriental Beauty Oolong. Oriental Beauty is one of the most heavily oxidized oolong tea and the tea leaves are petal-like shaped. It is not kneaded and the tea leaves are new born tea with white tips on their surface.
