With a new year comes new adventures! Thank you to everyone for their kind words about us closing down The Bracy House. Everywhere we look are memories—the trees and countless ferns we planted, the shed we put up and painted, the kitchen cabinets we put together, the loads and loads and loads of laundry we did, and the plans we made and those we changed when our original plans needed a little tweaking. We have some irons in the fire but they’ve been slow going and we’re moving to plan b with the hope that plan a will still happen though a little farther out than we expected. (Thanks COVID and a nutty real estate market.) We plan to list in the spring (though that’s dependent on the timing of finding a new home) and we’ll contact those fine folks who’ve expressed interest in buying the house & cottage. The fact that there’s so much interest makes us feel amazing so thank you for loving The Bracy House as much as we do. ☺️

Here’s hoping that 2022 is filled with plenty of walks in the woods. 🤎

Before we built the cottage, the upstairs unit was where we’d stay when we came up from Boston. We’d drive up on a Friday night in the winter when the house was shut down and have to shovel ourselves in. Afterwards, we’d snuggle under blankets on this sofa and watch reruns of 70s shows like Wonder Woman and Three’s Company. 🖤
