Repost @temporubato_au One of our postponed Tempo nights this time round was an already postponed La Mama Cinematica event: VODmilk: In The Flesh - by @dogmilkfilms During the second Victorian lockdown of 2020, the Dogmilk film collective found a way to allow emerging film practitioners and videos artists to exhibit their work and continued to engage with collaborators in Indonesia. VODmilk was the solution; an online platform for thought-provoking films, video art and everything in between, offering a new program, from a different programmer, every fortnight. Each work was be translated into both Indonesian and English to be accessible to both audiences. VODmilk: In the Flesh is a small selection of the films that appeared on the VODmilk platform, chosen from amongst the 18 programs and 18 programmers. The selection represents a diverse (but by no means exhaustive) cross-section of some of the works that appeared on VODmilk, and sows the seeds of Sipakatuo (Glorify One Another), an Indo-Australian cross-cultural creative collaboration initiative. With the support of Asialink Arts, Sipakatuo will be exhibiting original works later in the year in both Melbourne and Mparntwe, so keep an eye out for that! We will lock in a postponed2.0 date for this screening as soon as we know when we are able to reopen. Can’t wait. @cinematica.melbourne @lamamatheatre @asialinkarts

Making sure all our plants get sunshine and water 🌞💦. Despite plants growing slower and the potting mix not evaporating as quickly in winter, your plants still need water - just not as much or as frequent ✅. Generally for most house plants reduce the amount and frequency of watering during the cooler months and wait for more of the mix to be dry before watering again 🚰.
Open every weekend from 10am 🪴.
Two gorg Ficus 'Audrey' are in store at the moment 🌿💚. These two are approx. 90-100cm tall in a 30cm pot with some new growth emerging. Beautiful soft foliage and, like other Rubber Trees, these are fairly easy to grow and look after. ✦ WATER: Water once the soil becomes slightly dry to the touch and make sure the pot has sufficient drainage holes to allow excess water to seep through. ✦ SOIL: A well-draining and well-aerated potting soil is needed. ✦ LIGHT: A nice brightly lit spot is ideal, without direct sunlight.
