Introducing the new range of Cocomax Coconut Milk, available in original and unsweetened, is perfect as a plant-based milk alternative that's also yummy to drink on its own. Partnering with Cocomax @cocomaxsg we have two lovely recipes to share that uses the coconut milk to create amazing beverages! In both recipes, you can choose to use their original coconut milk or the unsweetened version, depending on your preference. 🍋COCOMAX Coconut Lemonade 300ml Cocomax Coconut Milk 15ml lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) 100ml water 1. Squeeze 1/2 lemon for the lemon juice. 2. Mix Cocomax Coconut Milk, lemon juice and water. Stir or shake to combine. 3. Serve chilled. 💚Coconut Matcha Latte 350ml Cocomax Coconut Milk 2 tsp matcha powder 1 tbsp condensed milk (optional, to taste) 1. Heat up Cocomax Coconut Milk in a pot. Take it off the heat when you start to see small bubbles forming at the sides. Do not let it come to a boil. Alternatively, heat it up in a microwave-safe mug at medium-high power for 45 seconds. 2. Add 2 tsp match powder and condensed milk to the hot coconut milk. 3. Stir or whisk till combined. (Tip: For convenience, use an electronic whisk.) 4. Serve with ice.
