I can’t believe eBay open was already a week ago. I can’t put into words how great our trip to Vegas was. We met so many amazing people, and came back with some new ideas and inspiration to continue to grow our business. I wish we would have started going sooner. We will definitely be going back next year. “Nothing more exciting than meeting new people, hearing their stories, and being inspired”

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer as much as we are. It’s been a while, but I wanted to share this with everyone. A month ago we decided to give free returns a try and I now have about 30 days of data to share. First off we are only offering 30 day free returns on first class shipping items, which is about 72% of our store. Our return rate when we started was between 2.25%-2.75%. 1. We have only had 13 “free returns” in the past 31 days. 2. The cost of those returns were $58.80. 3. Our return rate is now at 3.03%. 4. We now have top rated seller status on 72% of our items as well as a 10% discount on final value fees. 5. Last but not least our sales are up 34% in the last 31 days… in the month of July. So for now we will continue to offer free returns and I will do another update in a month!

It’s been a long 8 weeks and we have been working around the clock. We completely revamped our whole store. 80% of our store now has new photos with a white back drop (we are still perfecting our setup), we have updated all the measurements and added a new template to our listings using @3dsellers . We are currently relaxing on the beach in Punta Cana at an all inclusive resort where we had our honeymoon almost 5 years ago. I get to thank the business for this trip as we used our business credit card points to pay for it. Don’t forget to treat yourself everyone once in a while! 😊 ☀️🍹🏝

Sorry we’ve been quiet for the last week. We have been perfecting our new photo set-up. We have been wanting to switch to a white backdrop for a while now but our previous two attempts weren’t very successful. We have maximized the floor space of the warehouse with clothing racks and production stations. We have the clothing racks in the middle of the warehouse and the stations on the perimeters. We recently filled the floor space and we are not working on ideas to go up. We are currently looking at having custom clothing racks made that are double high.
