Couples who clean beaches together stay together 🥹 Rather than holidaying in scenic spots, Anudeep Hegde and Minusha Kancha made the choice to tidy up the Someshwara Beach in Karnataka! The couple wrote on an Instagram post: "It was a very humbling experience and my faith on humanity just got restored. We all seek the same thing , we just need someone to motivate & create awareness. Together we can make so much difference. A perfect satisfying Saturday for us."

Meat eater schools vegan environmentalist…. 🙃 Research has shown that without meat and dairy consumption, global farmland use could be reduced by more than 75% – an area equivalent to the US, China, European Union and Australia combined – and still feed the world. They have been shown to help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to the brain and heart, prevent blood clots, and fight cell damage. 🍫The highest levels of flavanols are found in raw unprocessed cacao and to a lesser extent, dark chocolate, since flavonoids degrade when heated.

IT’S #NATIONALFRIEDCHICKENDAY SO HERE’S HOW TO MAKE THE BEST “FRIED CHICKEN” WITHOUT THE CHICKEN @itsvegansis 🍗🌿 Make This Glorious Juicy Golden Crispy & Delicious Southern Fried Style Vegan Chicken At Home And You’ll Be Hooked On The First Bite - Look Below For Full Recipe👇 INGREDIENTS: - 1 cup vegan milk - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 1 cup flour (gf options: AP gf flour / buckwheat flour) - 1 cup cornstarch - 1 heaping tbsp baking powder - 1 tbsp paprika - 1 tsp each: onion powder, garlic powder & salt - about 10-15 oyster mushrooms - oil for frying INSTRUCTIONS: Whisk vegan milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add about 1/2 a cup of the dry ingredients to the milk mixture and mix. The batter should be smooth and runny but not watery. Heat oil over medium high heat until about 150c / 300f. Meanwhile dip mushrooms in the wet batter, then the flour mixture and make sure it’s evenly coated. Deep fry for about 3 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
