Now that it is spring, it is the perfect time to sip from the volcanic slopes of Mt Canobolas, the roots of our Orange 'Stone Mountain' Single Vineyard Riesling. Our Riesling is a dry aromatic style with a perfumed nose of orange blossom and ginger spice lead into a palate framed with citrus zest and a long refined finish. #PepperTreeWines

Aligning with the NSW Government three-staged reopening approach, our Hunter Valley Cellar Door will be operational from October 14. Our operations will be temporarily restricted to Thursday-Sunday, 9:30am-5pm. The following conditions for reopening will apply only to fully vaccinated individuals and those with valid medical exemptions, aligning with the NSW Public Health Order: 👉🏼 Requirement for all individuals, staff and patrons, to wear a face mask while INSIDE our Hunter Valley Cellar Door (except for tasting or eating). 👉🏼 All patrons must abide by QR code identification, whereby any individual OUTSIDE of Regional NSW will be refused entry. 👉🏼 A strict booking only policy will be enforced to align with COVID-19 social distancing and capacity regulations. 👉🏼 Where possible, patrons will be seated in our outdoor setting for booked tastings. Any update on further conditions will be advised when and/or if the current NSW Public Health Order and reopening roadmap is amended. #PepperTreeWines
