Pre-ordering on Amazon is most welcome and VERY much appreciated, it really helps sales and ratings, so if you would like a copy and have a moment - the link is in my bio 🙏 Roasties take two - Leftover roasties re-baked/crisped up with paprika then tarted up into a hearty salad with raw carrot and radicchio, giant couscous, burrata, loads of olive oil and a good squeeze of orange juice for a simple, soft vinaigrette. Feels wintery today in London, the perfect lunch for a day like this.

• R O N N I E • 8 days in NICU, 4 days home. Our brave boy is 12 days old and we’re more grateful and in love than we ever knew possible 💘.

• B R E A D E D • C O R N • If there’s one recipe you cook from Fridge Raid, for flavour, it’s this one. Yes, fresh corn on the cob, coriander and lime are perishables, but the rest of the ingredients are a combo of store cupboard and fridge staples that together, are dynamite. I promise. You make a miso + mayo rub and spread it on the boiled corn, then roll in breadcrumbs that are loaded with Parmesan, thyme, chilli oil and sesame oil then grilled. A load of fresh coriander and lime juice to serve and you’ve got yourself a flavour bomb. I could well be wrong of course, but, I haven’t seen other breaded corns on the block - saw it here first ya’ll 🌽 🌞😇. Second pic is me recipe testing them for the first time, scoffing them straight off the grill tray, which I encourage you to also do when you get your hands on the book 🤤.
