Check out our Cincinnati team attending the "One Highland" Multi-family Residential Community "Topping Out Ceremony" for the Fort Thomas, Kentucky project. The topping out tradition honors the tradespeople who, with much care and skill, have completed One Highland's framing, moving on to the next phase of the building process and closer progress to a finished project. One Highland is designed to add vibrancy to and complement the downtown of Fort Thomas at the intersection of Highland and Fort Thomas Avenues with a mix of inviting commercial storefront spaces at the street level and two levels of beautiful condominium dwelling units above, ranging in size from 1,700 SF to 2,800 SF. "Mulby Place" is a $25 million mixed-use affordable housing development for seniors in Linden. City leaders are looking to the project with great hope to grow the neighborhood, and new excitement as the project is soon to break ground.
