On Tuesday, LATA and a group of Latin America tour operators met at the Embassy of El Salvador for a Roundtable event on El Salvador as a tourist destination. Together with Ambassador Interiano and the tourism board, we discussed how tourism in El Salvador can develop and what the UK trade would need for that to be a practical proposition. After the event everyone was invited to taste some Salvadoran cuisine. The famous papusas made an appearance and they were loved by everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed organising the Pisco Tasting event with @peruembassyinuk.
