Happy Friday babes! Im not normally one to live for the weekend but these past few days have been a doozie 😅 Caught some weird virus where the symptoms include brain fog, extreme exhaustion and dizziness. I’ve been 😴😴😴😴 all week at work but I pushed through and didn’t take any time off (v proud of myself) 👏🏼 (it’s currently 4 am as I type this after sleeping for 12+ hours) lol hello f’ed up sleep sched. - ALSO I wanna touch on the subject of Insta being down on Wednesday. For me personally, I don’t rely on this app (mainly because I have a corporate job) but I CHOOSE to come on here and share parts of my life because it’s motivating as heck for me and I get to connect with other like-minded people👯‍♀️ - I definitely don’t RELY on it and if you found yourself confused, anxious lost or all the above when Insta wasn’t working, I would take that as a giant wake up call personally. ***not trying to throw shade at anyone I just think we’ve become heavily reliant on our phones that we forget to LIVE 🌿👀🌈✨On that note, let’s all have an amazing day 💛💛💛

I’m gunna be honest with you guys, I’ve been having some reallll bad body image days. I’ve never really been one to obsess over my body and pick it apart. Sure, I have things I like and things I wish I could change but I usually accept it for what it is. Idk man, lately it’s just been tough. Bulking & putting on weight might work for some people, but I just don’t feel as confident as I once was. Swipe to see me around this time last year..a lean bean 😩🌱(also very low quality) - So what’s my point in all this? You’re gunna have this body for the rest of your life, you need to love every inch of it, even when you feel like a giant sack of potatoes 🥔 You need to take care of it, spoil it even 💅🏼and appreciate what it does for you everyday👣 - So yea, IM UNCOMFORTABLE. I’m uncomfortable with being uncomfortable (lol) Self acceptance and self love is hard, it’s a constant battle. I’m thankful for being able to work towards a better version of myself every day ❤️ #strongerthanyesterday

The booty was on fire during last nights quad and booty sesh🔥I was short on time so I didn’t do my usual heavy compounds (hip thrusts, deadlifts, etc) but I made a point to train SMARTER to better utilize my time and Maximize the gaaaains 🌱 (lol) full workout below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ - GLUTE ACTIVATION 3x15 abductors on machine 2x10 Banded squats - 4 x10 Smith machine reverse lunges (unilateral) SS 3x10 Heel elevated barbell squat 🔥 Leg press ➡️ 4x10 barrow stance 2x12 wide stance w/ band 4x10 hip thrusts on leg extension machine - BURNOUT Body weight walking lunges AMAP banded glute bridges 3x15 or AMAP

Day 2 of the ✂️✂️✂️ - Truthfully I dislike “cut” and “bulk” as I feel like they’re SO overused in this industry and we’re put into this box making us feel like we have to do these things in order to feel fit or whateva. So let’s just call it a growing phase 🌿🍃 eating and growing to become stronger, and better in the gym. It’s been real. Many carbs were consumed..almost 300g daily and over 150g of protein 😅 truthfully I don’t think my body liked all that food in me so my tummy will definitely be happy about the slow decrease in carbzzzz 🍞 - Slowly starting to add cardio back into my routine (hi 5am stair sesh’s) and just gunna take this thing one day at a time! Excited to see all these muscles I’ve been building for so long💅🏼

Happy Sunday babes! Feeling slightly sluggish today which might be because I probably drank 7 glasses of hard cider last night 🍺 but that’s life ya know. I’m gunna scrape myself off this couch and murder these leggies 👊🏼 🍑followed by grocery shopping, meal prepping and preparing for the week ahead! Sunday’s are important to me mostly because I’m a super routine oriented person. - I don’t feel complete unless I do x, y, and z which in this case is prepping all my meals, straightening up the house and taking some time for ME 💆🏼‍♀️💅🏼 - If I don’t do these things, im a grumpy bitch tbh 😂 I was listening to @theskinnyconfidential poscast and she was talking about setting yourself up for success in regards to creating a routine for yourself. - My Sundays include: ✨making a healthy breakfast ✨laundry ✨clean the kitchen ✨grocery shop ✨meal prep ✨gym - A MUST ✨face mask, teeth whiten, etc. ✨leave some time to unwind - Creating this routine for myself and checking these things off my to-do list not only allows me to feel productive but sets the framework for having a productive and organized week #nosundayscarieshere

Wellllllll before I say anything i should probs address the 🐘 in the room..I’m here!!! Hi yes what’s up yes I took a longer than expected break from this page..4-ish months? Wow that was longer than I had first anticipated and I don’t really have an explanation other than I just needed it. And I think that’s perfectly ok!! During fall time of last year I had just lost my WHY. (And my butt lols) from undertraining and letting life’s stresses get the best of me. So I made the decision to become better 💪🏼 this girl HATES feeling average. One of my fav quotes is, “grind hard in silence, let success be your noise. That’s exactly what I’ve been doinnnn - I grinded in silence For 4 ish months - I started a “growing phase” aka bulking but I just really dislike that term tbh 😅 I started ~loosely~ tracking my macros (something I said wasn’t for me) but actually ended up loving the structure that it provided me, and I started pushing more weight in the gym. And now here we are today! I finally am starting to feel like myself again and it feels soo0o0o0o0 dang good lemme tell you!! 🌟 I’ve missed you guys!! 😩 hope everyone has been killing life and whatnot I can’t wait to catch up with yalllllll. Oh! And a huge thank you to those that reached out to me making sure I was okay 💗💞 I appreciate you more than ya know

Quick question..how the heck is it already Wednesday???? This week is FLYING work has been so busy and my lifts this week have been pretty damn good 💦 I guess you could say I’m ~killing it~ ?? - I leave for Missouri tomorrow for my work trip!! Honesty hour: who needs to work on their stability?? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ - One of my goals this year was to work on being an all around better athlete and yeaaaa gurl, stability falls into that category of overall athleticism. I’ve found that switching it up and throwing a few unilateral movements into my lifts has helped tremendously in my performance in the gym 💪🏼 heres a few of my faves for working on that stability. Woke up this morning feeling just really grateful and blessed ✨ . . . . . Took some time to reflect on how far I’ve come and where I see myself going. I used to wake up dreading my days. But then I started putting out allllll the positive vibes and doing what truly made me happy..living for ME. It’s been a journey, man and definitely not an easy one but I’m just here enjoying the ride, learning and growing every step of the way. Happy Saturday ❤️
