Working on the turn signal and license plate light fixture for the AeroFlite this evening and thought it was in pretty good shape but looks can be deceiving! It's been quite a week at Happy Camper! The AeroFlite has the front and back wall secured, we discovered a modification we needed to do to the brand new frame, reenforced it as needed, had a piece custom bent to close off the back of the body to the outside, and sealed them both. Also started figuring out what's needed to get the flooring down next week sometime so that'll be a big step in the right direction! Great progress on the #AeroFlite over the last few days! Got the front and back piece on and the body had a ton of waviness to it before but when we lined everything up on the frame, it's really straight, certainly better than expected! Tomorrow we will get the body buck riveted to the frame and then get it over to the polisher for the first cut. Once we get it back, we'll start getting the interior together and finished before the final polish in the spring! I'll post tomorrow when it gets ...

Here's a peek at the interior polishing being done on the AeroFlite! After trying for a year to get everything to look good in house we finally found an expert @perfecttouchdetail who was willing to work on it! The entire kitchen is one assembly and will get polished to a mirror finish then the body will get delivered for a full exterior polish as well before a copper colored paint job to accent the shine! #AeroFlite #aluminum #polish #shiny #getyourshineon

This Shasta turned into an absolute nightmare of a build and it's changed how we're doing things going forward for sure. The walls were built wrong from the factory but were in good enough shape to not have to rebuild completely. Because of that, it didn't want to go back together as well as it came apart and just snowballed from there. The guy who did most of the tear down didn't take any pictures for some re...
