Wednesday nights are for LAO CURRY TOTSSEROLE! We took some liberties with this awesome @nytcooking Tater Tot Casserole recipe from @mollyyeh & @samsifton by adding our very own Lao Curry Carrot Beef into the equation. The result, you ask? Predictably (and insanely) delicious.
