A DOUBLE CLEANSE THATS GOOD FOR EVERYONE- featuring my 2 fav @glymedplus cleansers 🤤 I personally use both of these every night ! I’ve talked a lot about double cleansing on here, but it’s been a hot minute ! So let’s dive in again: So what is double cleansing? It’s the act of washing your face twice, first with a oil based cleanser/cleansing balm, (like the Mega Purifying Cleanser pictured here) to remove oil, makeup, spf, or just any debris that accumulates on your face during the day. Then for the second wash, you’ll use a separate cleanser that will act as your “true cleanse”. With all that gunk and debris taken out with the first the cleanse, there will now be room for the second cleanser to actually do it’s job. You can use a treatment cleanser for this or just a gentle cleanser, like the Gentle Face Wash shown here :) double cleansing is crucial for those who experience acne. It’s very important to do every night! If you want to get started on double cleansing, you can order these on my Glymed store at the link in my bio! These are also great stand-alone cleansers. I recommend them to all of clients! I personally use the Gentle Face Wash as my cleanse every morning, and I use this double cleansing system every night 💕
