Allow me to reintroduce myself. 2022 will be a year of goals physically and most of all financially. Physically healed up and ready to start fresh come January with my old coach @josh_lenartowicz 🙏🏾 Financial wise deciding 4wks back to open my own gym on top of starting to contract myself out diesel fitting to help get the gym off the ground. In a very driven mental state right now and cannot wait to show all the work once it’s been done ✌🏾

Since the tear I’m happy with the little rebound phase that ended a few weeks ago. Never really pushed the food, even dropped a little food at the end. Some days had no choice with work to missing meals but always made I got them all in my 1 or 2 days off. Training principles stayed the same but definitely lightened the load for time at the start with training legs as need to gain confidence in my hamstring. Anyways come January this will be small and very excited to train at my own facility @ironadicts_hq as hard I can #bringthenoise
