Gov. Tony Evers took language that originally applied the $325 increase for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years and instead vetoed the “20” and the hyphen to make the end date 2425. Two widows have created a fashion brand to cope with the ultimate ‘plot twist’. @jamesgroh_ introduces us to Widow is a Five Letter Word. Ilana Cabrera and Lisa Coffman create shirts with sayings that relate to the grieving process after a loved one dies. “This is a way to say I want to talk about my loved one. I want to talk about how I’m feeling like truly like not just, ‘Hi, how are you? Great. I’m fine,’” Cabrera said. Some phrases are serious while others are comedic. Examples include: Good Mourning, Plot Twist, Widower Strong, and Dead Dads Club. “For instance, you know, wearing a shirt that says I kissed a corpse, you know, like it’s silly enough that I hope if I’m out in public wearing it you might laugh,” Coffman said. Shirts cost $28. #widow #grief #grieving #death #widower #deaddadclub #inspiring #positive #death #acceptance #tmj4 #tmj4news #milwaukee #wisconsin
