Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: naveed abaie @persianhulk

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am currently a law student at the University of San Diego, School of Law. I spend much of my free time, when I am not studying or working, working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I have many interests, some of which include bodybuilding, playing sports, traveling, as well as fashion. I mostly post photos of myself lifting and working out.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It started as an inside joke with my close group of friends, and I decided to run with the name on social media.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Whitagram and Snapseeds.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

There are many instagrammers that I follow and am really inspired by, some of which include Bradley Martyn, Lionel Messi, Neymar and The Rock.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Be yourself. Social media can either influence you negatively or positively. Have it be the latter.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Partnering with brands and networking.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

My advice for brands running their campaign(s) is to stay consistent, as well as to engage with their followers through social media (i.e. respond to followers on social media, giveaways, hold events, etc.).

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Writing quality and original content is a choice. You can choose to put in the time and work required to create great content and build a prosperous brand. Or you can choose to take the easy path and write poor content – a path that ultimately will get you nowhere. It will only result in a waste of time, energy and resources.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Networking, and helping brands grow. There is a satisfaction that comes along with helping brands grow, and being a part of their success.
