1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

People call me Risye for short, im born and raised for 18 years in Indonesia. Soon going to university in Singapore.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I basically post any pictures of myself that i feel decent in it. Showing what i’m wearing, where i’m going and what i’ve been doing for the day. Or if i have something to say to all my followers and to promote things.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Connections to connections.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Vsco for filters.
Fotolr for acnes cleaning and additional lip coloring.
Rotations and cropping are done in Instagram itself.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I follow some Indo Instagramers like Sonia Eryka and Cindercella, basically to give me infos on whats trending.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

TRY TO BE YOURSELF! You dont have to ‘fix your feeds’ everytime. Pictures are suppose to hold billions of memories, post what matters to you, not to your followers.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Being well-known and the feeling that somehow you secretly help a lot of people (ex: on giving them the idea on what they should be wearing when going to a place, good places for taking pictures, trending tops/jacket/shoes, etc). And the best part is, lots of connections with great people!

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Passion+Consistency+Hard Work+Believe.
Make an interesting and artsy content.
NEVER be mainstream.
Giveaway matters.
Held an event and make it go bomb!
Bring positive outcomes for everyone.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Make people like each of your content for whats in the content, not just because you’re in their feeds. Make people wanna check your profile because of your eyecatching post in their random explore page.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Connections with more people.
Being well-known.
Knowing that we can do something that actually matters.
