Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Junelle Tagaro @juntagaro

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I am from the Philippines. I am a student at the University of the Philippines taking up Associate in Arts.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I post anything that I find beautiful. It could be people, places, objects around me, things I wear and etc.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My IG name is “juntagaro.” Jun is my nickname, it’s what my friends and family call me and Tagaro is my family name. I like that it is short and simple, easy to remember.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I always use VSCO Cam on my photos. I love it so much. I use Snapseed at times, especially when there’s something that I can’t do with VSCO Cam.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Locally I like @jelitodeleon, @davidguison and @kimijuan. Abroad, I like @laurenmarek and @hamadahideaki.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

To reply to all the comments on their most recent photo.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

From the word it self, I love that I am able to influence people and help out brands advertise their products.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Just be truthful. The best way to gain people’s trust is to be truthful.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Quality should always be more important than quantity.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I love that I am able to test their products/services out as an influencer.
