Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Jodie J. Jonazh @jodiejonazh

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m currently 23 years old and I come from my beautiful country, Indonesia. I am still struggling as a med student, thankfully I have already reach the last stages of my clerkship and will take my hippocratic oath hopefully next year.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

As a med student, studying should be my number one priority but I can’t seem to do that. I have always been a fond of writings and poetry. My heart and brain kept telling me I should get my writings out there and so I tried to post some of my works on Instagram.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I didn’t change it since I first made my account and it’s actually not really fascinating because it’s just my first and last name. Jodie and Jonazh.. hence @jodiejonazh :p

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Since I get inspired out of the blue, anywhere and anytime of the day, I always write on my phone and store my poems or writings on the google keep app and when i have some spare time, i edit them with phonto app with all the usual in app features, which is nothing much really but it’s what i am able to do for now.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Yes.. there are a lot of amazing writers on Instagram and I did get a lot of help knowing them by using the hashtag. For now it would be @tylerknott, @hmdayal, @langleav, @nayyirah.waheed, @nikita_gill, @andrea.michelle.official and so many more i just can’t mention.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Post anything you want and there will be someone out there that likes it. Use hashtags as wacky as you want and there it you have it, somebody as wacky as you. Believe me, i’ve tried 😉

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love meeting and talking to new people, it really opens up a lot of doors, seeing things I never thought possible and learning things I never thought existed.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Well brands should run campaigns with an influencer that really supports the brand and believe what the brand does.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Be original and give credit for those you regram because it’s important to appreciate the original work of others. Everyone is climbing their own mountain and you cannot take their equipments for your success.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Well, people will actually open my Instagram page via my partnering brands and that itself increases the chance of my works being put out there.
