1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I Ward born in NYC. Lived in the Philippines for the first four years of my life. Moved back to NYC for a short time before moving and being raised in NJ. After I graduated high school, I decided to start my first year of college in Florence, Italy to study fashion design. I consider my time abroad as the moment my life started to unfold. Italy was quite the adventure. Unfortunately I had to move back to America. Now I live back in NJ. I work in Manhattan as a technical designer for Vince Camuto, Jessica Howard & Eliza J. I am an aspiring fashion designer.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love to travel and attend music festivals. I usually post my festival outfits; some of which I make. I also post about my adventures while vacationing, hiking, or going to a city event/ gallery opening or exhibition. I love exploring NYC and trying new foods or checking out thrift stores, antique shops.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s a nickname people call me and my old AIM screen name

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Sometimes I don’t edit my photos, but when I do, I use VSCO or snapseed.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Jeanne Grey of TheGreyLayers. She is from my area and her life story is very humbling and inspiring. Her parents did not support her dreams and she was homeless for sometime before becoming a huge brand influencer. I find that very inspirational.

Trashisfortossers is also a very interesting instagrammer. I love her passion for recycling and the ecosystem. She does not use plastic and travels the world giving speeches on the importance of our trash and how to reduce waste.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Reaching out to people about things you love and products you love. I love helping people find exactly what they’re looking for. It’s a great feeling knowing you can connect with people all over the world and can share and relate to different things.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Stay true to what matters to you. The integrity and conviction of the product is more important than selling out. I prefer to talk about what I like and don’t like about campaigns I choose to follow.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I do my research and I try to see what other peoples’ opinions are about the content. I like to try things out before I decide to represent something on my social media platforms.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The networking and connections. I love being introduced to brands and products I’ve never heard about before. It’s exciting to share my passions with other people.
