Like no other bond on this planet. That magical connection that is motherhood.

Weightless. Feeling this more than ever as I’ve been healing from a myriad of physical symptoms that presented as brain fog, fatigue, thyroid nodules and cysts, migraines, sciatica, joint pain, memory loss, confusion, random aches and pains and more. But the most incredible thing that has come along with my physical healing over the past couple of years, is the emotional and spiritual healing and an increased connection to my intuition. Morning meditation. Yep, we’re going with that. But really it was his preferred look while I was getting this area ready for some self portraits. And then it became him shooting the portraits for me. Directing what I should do and it was adorable.

Another image borrowed from last year but another one I couldn’t be without. If I could share one image of the soul expansion I’ve experienced in the last two years, well this wouldn’t be exactly it, but it will do. I think that will be my focus on self portraits moving forward actually, possibly, maybe. But there’s a certain magic that occurs when coming home to yourself completely. Honoring yourself and your path. Thanking the hard times that brought you closer to the you waiting for your loving care. Having compassion for others, but making sure my compassion included me. A dissolving of old patterns and then an evolution of patterns that have aligned such blessed harmony, and this certain oneness with life. This is a rough update and I honestly hesitated sharing it. But I wanted to honor it out loud because it’s been profound. ⠀ ⠀

Carefree time at home with this mama last spring. This is where my heart lies in creating. Mothers and children at home. In between images that help you remember the depth of that love. If that speaks to you, let’s create something memorable.
