One of my favorite experiences on Lucifer was being admitted into the WB Director’s Program and I had my television directorial debut during season 3. I returned in the director’s chair for Episode 508 (the most recent midseason finale). This opportunity gave me the courage to create my own production company @alejandrofilms_ last year alongside my family. Among many diverse topics our focus is to tell Hispanic stories and allow opportunities for our Hispanic community to share their talents in front of and behind the camera. Every Holiday season my wife @lesliealejandro and throw, what has now become the iconic and annual Alejandro Mariachi Holiday for our family and friends. It’s an event that only gets bigger and bigger every year and we always bring a mariachi band to honor my Hispanic heritage in addition to serving up an amazing taco feast.   #HispanicHeritageMonth

Hi Y’all! Taking over the WB TV account to finish off Hispanic Heritage Month. I’m going to start with a #TBT . For today it’ll be Throwback Tejano. The Hispanic heritage and culture in Southern Texas is known as Tejano (some know it as Tex-Mex as well) and is my background and my roots. I’ve always loved the mix of culture in Southern and West Texas, where I grew up. I was always taught the importance of family… and a great hair-do (thanks mom for that).
