Turkmenistan 💚🇹🇲 I arrived to this country with low energy & with a heavy heart due to what’s happening in the world. And also very afraid of being a Swede traveling due to some recent terrorist attacks towards our specific nation. Some days before the trip I wanted to cancel but thanks to emotional support from @thomasbrag I went for it anyway which I’m extremely grateful for 👊 Turned out that kindness from strangers & humanity once again showed itself in its best way. Fear really spreads like a virus but the antidote is to double down on love & connecting with fellow strangers. To face my fear of heights by jumping out of a helicopter at 20.000 feet/6000 m above Europe’s highest alp is something I could not in my wildest fantasy see coming... 😅 Thank you @ammar @thomasbrag @thomasdajer for making me face my biggest fear & holding the space along the journey. 🫶 I will forever carry this transforming moment as a guiding compass. When fear hits hard, we can choose to breathe, and let it flow through our bodies. 🧘‍♂️ I’m still processing it, but I can say I feel more FREE & alive than ever! HELLO TOKYO! 🇯🇵👀 @thomasbrag told me some months ago about an idea he had, AirDropping strangers an airplane ticket. 😅 I remember thinking, “I wonder how many declines that would be before someone potentially would say yes 😂” So dream buddie @thomasdajer & myself went out on the streets of Melbourne to try to find a very spontaneous stranger… and damn what an absolute legend of person we met! 💙 In this instagram post there are some snapshots from the video, for the full story, see link in bio! When @thomasbrag told me about the story of 6000 abandoned ghost towns in south of Italy my brain couldn’t comprehend that. “What happened to the people? Where are they now?” I am grateful to have been part of this trip & everything it taught us! 🙏 I will forever remember Giuseppe, and Tommaso who is two beautiful older men (aka grandpas) 👴🏻 Both taught me that hope is the last thing ever lost. People find new ways of living, even when life forces you in unexpected directions.
