I started my journey of designing sports apparel a few years back. It had been a dream and an ambition of mine to do that as I’ve always been fairly creative and through my athletic career I have so often thought to myself; if I only had leggings that were like this, or a sportsbra that was like that. So through the years of my career I’ve been sketching ideas and letting my mind roam about sports apparel that is specifically handy for women who train hard. When I joined @lskd a year ago, one of the key things in our partnership was the design of a collection that incorporated my ideas and thoughts. I could not possibly think of a better brand than LSKD to do this with as the team there is so vibrant, passionate and ambitious. Their products are amazing and it is no wonder that they are taking the world by storm. So. After going back and forth with the LSKD design team for 11 months, the first prototypes have arrived. I haven’t been this excited in a long time. To try on stuff that I was a part of designing and give feedback so that we collectively ensure that the products that will hit the market are 100% what we intend them to be. I love this process. As you can see Im still pretty old school in how I create. Everything just drawn into my sketchbook or mix cut out photos together to show the right idea. I might need to invest some time on learning how to use Adobe Illustrator - but that comes later. This way I can at the very least demonstrate my thoughts well enough so they understand what I mean. Stay tuned because I will be giving sneak peaks of what the collection is all about soon. 🌚
It’s crazy to think Its been 11 years since I found Crossfit. Although I was a rookie to most thongs fitness I decided to compete in a competition series in Iceland called “Þrekmeistarinn”. A series of 4 different fitness tests and CrossFit just happened to be the first one. I remember seeing @katrintanja warming up on her hands and I thought “omygod WHAT have I signed up for here…”, but we ended up being tied with points and from there I was addicted to CrossFit. At the time I trained at a hotel gym that had very limited eauipment and had no idea what the Open was but I signed up for it anyways. Big thanks to @dannithordar who invited me to show up on Thursdays at 6pm in his gym and do the workout and put the score in. Today it is exactly 11 years since I did the Open for the first time. It was definitely not a successful one. I got a bit too excited in the first workout and broke my wrist during a snatch🤕 I had to wait a full year to compete in a CrossFit season again. Through that whole year all I could think about was how excited I was to do the Open again. I celebrated this memory by doing 24.1 today🤌🏻
You would not put diesel on a gasoline car because it wouldn’t work. I have always related to this when it comes to nutrition because if your diet is not optimal your body won’t function as well as it should. For this reason I am so thankful to have become a part of the @proteinhouse_uae team. Can’t get over the: The food quality👌🏼 The accuracy of the macros in their food prep👌🏼 The Healthy menu 👌🏼 The variety of their menu 👌🏼 The cookie dough smoothie and the snickers bar 😮💨 If you constantly struggle with time (🙋🏼♀️) this is one of the best solutions I have ever known when it comes to food prep. And even if that’s not the case and you just want access to a delicious and healthy dine out then I cannot recommend Proteinhouse highly enough (don’t even get me started on how good their 🍔 are). 📹 @create.iamlukeebron

I just received my TRUST US package from @lskd 😮💨🤌🏻 I knew already that I could trust them but still I was pleasantly surprised that I LOVED every single piece I received 🤍
When coach @justincotler gives you a piece that should be done unbroken👌🏽 I love to challenge my skill and fitness against strategy. Meaning that I have an idea beforehand on how I strategise the workout to hit the sweet spot of not over resting or under resting. It sometimes goes horribly wrong ... but sometimes I nail it and the goal of course is to know myself well enough to always nail it. With the @relentlessmethod we’ve now created a community workout for all levels that challenges this exact mindset and it’s now live in the Relentless Trainer App 🙌 The workout is: 10-8-6-4-2 reps for time of unbroken Muscle-ups (man did they get spicy in the end💧). There are scaled versions of this too so everyone can try it. Go get it and let me know in comments how it went for you?
