LIFT ARMS WITH ME 💪🏼 - I love a giant superset for arm day and complete 8 rounds 20 reps on each exercise and then rest 4 minutes and go again! 🥰🥰🥰
You go to the gym, workout, go home, look in the mirror and you see no change. But you go back to the gym, over and over without seeing any changes. Eventually though, the changes happen. Leg day! This circuit takes up 1/2 my leg day (the first half was hip thrusts and lying hamstring curls) This circuit is a doozy, I perform all exercises non stop and then take a 3-5 min rest - Perform 5 rounds and 10 reps of EVERYTHING 🥵🥵🥵
