PMQ Taste Kitchen今期的Pop-up What Da Duck是兩位在英國長大的Chef的Idea。原來在外國很多做takeaway/delivery的中餐廳serve的北京填鴨跟我們在香港從小吃到大,原隻鴨烤至脹卜卜再由師傅逐片切下的片皮鴨不太一樣,他們的”Peking duck served with pancakes” ,是偏向將鴨炸至香脆再手撕拆肉,以面皮包著吃的變奏版。雖不能稱之為正宗片皮鴨,但也是有另一番風味的。 What Da Duck的「香酥鴨」,手撕的炸鴨肉鴨皮香口脆身,面皮滑而不乾,更配四種醬汁 (海鮮、甜辣、梅子、京都) ,非常惹味。另外更有一系列香口小食,例如百花釀蟹鉗,他們做的蝦膠很不錯,可以一試。 What Da Duck Pop-up store serves both dine in and delivery!
