終於試到想試很久的牛旨商店!!🐂 話說我和大部份香港人一樣,超愛打邊爐,以前癮一起就算明知劣食又唔係特別抵都會去吉野家和大家樂吃一人火鍋。現在不吃吉野家和大家樂的人有福了!網店牛旨商店推出的一人鍋完全能滿足你想一個人打邊爐的願望,係咁凍天氣下懶人嘅福音。 今次我試了新推出的一人鴛鴦MAX鍋,包2款湯底,我分別選了蕃茄龍蝦湯和3.6北海道牛乳鍋,前者濃郁鮮甜,後者creamy順口。這個餐有肉類200g (可選美國肥牛/荷蘭豚肉/雙併),雜錦蔬菜、火鍋配料盒,讚岐烏冬及醬汁等,配料盒中的芝士竹輪和年糕福袋超好吃,吃完火鍋配料,將白飯和芝士加入任何一邊湯底,都會變超好吃的risotto! 晚上無堂食,唯有留在家中吃飯。朋友買了新鮮黑松露,在家弄黑松露日本太陽卵滑蛋多士,黑松露芝士意粉和牛扒,但其實要吃新鮮黑松露其實還是頗看運氣的,一盒有好有不好,貯存也考功夫,整體還是好玩多過好食,疫情過後還是吃餐廳的好了😆 不過太陽卵真的真的很好吃,無敵。 Credit to @agnes.the.foodie @hkfoodelicious @andrewthf • Andrew’s home (don’t pm where😂)

冬天當然要吃湯咖哩🍛 以前去北海道吃過一次,自此念念不忘,現在香港也有正宗的北海道Soup Curry了。SAMA Curry的咖哩由北海道運來香港,可選蕃茄base或椰子base,再選辣度,最後再選配料。 跟大家印象中的「香甜濃稠」日式咖哩不同,湯咖哩比較稀,但香辛料味道很足,辣度也較高,蕃茄base帶微酸,非常惹味開胃,椰子base則甜美香辣,兩者都非常下飯,另外值得欣賞的是配料非常豐富,份量也足,普通女生應該很難能吃完一份。炸雞、日式餃子等小吃和甜品也十分不錯,值得一試! • SAMA Curry & Cafe 香港中環蘇杭街19-25號永昌商業大廈地下B號舖 • #olfooddiarysheungwan
