Glamis is one of the most iconic places for adrenaline junkies in California. I grew up watching YouTube videos of these insane buggies and motocross riders ripping the dunes in Glamis and this year I finally I had the chance to visit this awesome place in person! My mom’s new book 📖 Over the past year, my mom worked on a very meaningful project. She documented my grandma’s Yemeni sayings, translated them into Hebrew, shared her insights, and compiled them into a meaningful and inspiring book. I was the most happy to find out how much they both enjoyed journeying down this path together. My grandma and my mom spent countless hours, full of wisdom and laughs. By the time my mom managed to gather 100 sayings, I officially hopped on board and assisted with the book’s design, website, and visuals. I’m confident in this book’s success. 🎉 29 Birthday 🎉 I’m grateful for the life I have, and while it’s not even close to be perfect, that’s what make it so special. Life is full of ups and downs, we are constantly dealing with difficulties that shape our personalities. I’m proud of the person I have become, my definition of success has evolved and is no longer focused on career milestones. I love how positively I’ve learned to see life, how to treat people around me, and be happy with what I’ve got. This year, I took a step back from social media, As a creator, it got to a point where I was following trends and maintaining my “story” instead of focusing on meaningful projects. I spent so many hours a day in this app, but this time more as a consumer than a producer. If you feel the same, you’re not alone. I genuinely believe we are all addicted to our phones, staying “connected” to the virtual world but honestly, we are really disconnected. We are missing so many essential things in the real world, like focus & quality time with ourselves, others, and the nature outside. I am wishing myself and you all today, to be more present and take advantage of what’s in front of us, before it’s too late. That’s is for today.
