Pumpkin Spice Blended Overnight Oats by @MeowMeix. If you haven’t tried blended oats yet, you have to add it to your list! They are seriously delicious. Blending them gives it such a creamy consistency and the flavor is 10/10! Recipe details below: What you need: (Makes 3 servings) -1 & ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk -1 & ½ cup old fashioned oats -3 tbsp pumpkin purée -2-3 tbsp maple syrup -pumpkin pie spice -pinch of salt What to do: 1- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2- Pour into 3 jars and cover. 3- Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours. 4- When ready, add toppings of choice (I used mini pecans, chocolate chips, and Greek yogurt with cinnamon) and dig in! #healthyrecipes #healthysnacks #pumpkin #fitfood #healthyeating #healthybreakfast #mealprep #mealprepideas #mealplan

This 4 Ingredient Pumpkin Fudge is the perfect treat for when you’ve got a sweet tooth! What you need: -1⁄2 cup pumpkin purée -1⁄2 cup almond butter -1⁄2 cup coconut oil -1⁄4 cup maple syrup What to do: 1- Add all ingredients to a pan and heat over medium for about 2-4 minutes or until we’ll combined. Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew by @MeowMeix 😍 You gotta try this diary-free, delicious pumpkin cold foam! What you’ll need: (Makes 2 servings) -½ cup full fat coconut milk (shake it up) -½ cup unsweetened almond milk -4 tbsp pumpkin purée -1 tbsp maple syrup -Dash of pumpkin pie spice -stevia to taste -black coffee -ice What to do: 1- Add all ingredients except coffee to a blender and blend until foamy. 2- Add ice to a cup and pour the coffee about ¾. 3- Fill the rest of the cup with the pumpkin cold foam. 4- Top off with pumpkin spice and enjoy! #healthlifestyle #healthyeating #healthyfood #healthydrinks #healthysnacks #fitfood #dairyfree #starbucks #pumpkin #pumpkincoldbrew #pumpkincoldfoam #healthyrecipes
