Can you implement that or part of it, in the upcoming week to bring you closer to your goals? Let me hear it 👇🏼 Change, creating new habits, breaking old ones, do not have to be complete 180 shifts. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Small steps, taken consistently over time, can create immense change. For me, recently, it was to get up even earlier in the day, meditate, work out, and do a bit of yoga before the many to-dos added up for the day. So I decided to incorporate each of these things I wanted to do, one at a time. For one week straight I got up earlier and worked out, the next week I added meditation before my workout, and this coming week I’m adding yoga after my workout. The point is, break your goal down to manageable, achievable smaller goals. Implement one till it becomes a habit, then another, then another. Stick to being consistent with each small change like your life depended on it, and before you know it, it’ll all be second nature and you’ll be that much closer you your end goal 🙌🏼 Workout deets 16-20 reps for 3-4 sets: 1. Crunch hold w resisted leg raises 2. Resulted crunch gold w flutter kicks 3. Alt side resisted oblique crunches 4. Resisted crunch w knee tuck 5. Resisted static bent leg raise w cross body crunch Remember, mind-muscle connection 🧠 +💪🏼.
