No space at the gym for your workout? No problem. Here’s what to do... - Unlike my gym today (which was completely empty)… sometimes your gym may be so packed you don’t know what to do? It happens. And when it does... - Grab a pair of dumbbells and give this workout a try 💪 - Do all the reps on one exercise before moving to the next. Do 3-5 rounds and rest 60-seconds between full rounds! 🔥 - 1️⃣Jump Overs: 30 reps 2️⃣Overhead Press: 12 reps 3️⃣DB Rows: 12 reps 4️⃣DB Reverse Lunges: 8 reps per side 5️⃣Squat Thrusters: 12 reps 🔄REST 60-seconds and move back to the top... - You don’t need a lot of space to workout. Leg Workout Tip (at home edition)🏡🏋️‍♀️ - What should you do for your leg workouts from home? For me, I keep them pretty simple. My #1 focus is PROGRESS. Meaning, I want to get stronger and always be challenging myself. 💪 - That can look a little different at home depending on what you have access to. For example, if you don’t have a lot of weights at home, progress may be doing a harder variation or doing a couple more reps than last time or lessening your rest periods slightly. - That said, my leg day basics always stay the same. I always include Split Squats or Bulgarian Split Squats (I firmly believe these are the best leg exercise on the planet🌎). - For the rest of the workout, I focus on 3-5 more movements designed to hit the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. - Leg days are definitely my most intense day. In the workout here, we only did those 4 exercises because we were crunched for time! - 👉However, if you challenge yourself, that’s what it’s all about! 🔥 ⚡️For this workout...⚡️ 1️⃣Split Squats (or Bulgarian Split Squats)- 40-seconds per side 2️⃣ Goblet Squats - 40-seconds 3️⃣ Lateral Lunges - 40-seconds per side 4️⃣ Single Leg Glute Raise - 40-seconds per side - Rest as needed between rounds so you can push hard on rounds 2-4! - 💥Tell me in the comments, what’s your favorite leg day exercise?💥 #hiitburn #legdayworkout

Progress is progress 💯 this felt hard today, but that’s expected after taking 2-weeks off a few weeks ago! - I will say though, this felt better today than it did last week and the week before.
