The Ufizzi with toddlers, yay or nay? Post by @thetravelingtoddler_ . . . On our recent trip to Europe, my grandparents met up with us in Florence. My grandma had two things in her list and the Ufizzi was one of them! I have to admit I was a bit nervous, taking two toddlers. As I always say when traveling with toddlers, set your expectations low. Don’t expect to get through every painting, sculpture or even every room. Make a list beforehand, have your MUST sees picked out and if the kids make it through the must sees then go back for a second loop and hit the ones you missed. . . . I may have broken a rule or too, giving the girls lollipops inside the museum 😬 but it was a great distraction method. . . . Elli had a great time, laughing at all the naked sculpture butts 😂 And I really enjoyed seeing paintings and sculptures of women breast feeding! Sophie fit right in! . . Have you been to the Ufizzi? It’s a magnificent place! #florencewithkids #florenceforkids
